Terms of Use
Clear rules for a tool that becomes part of day-to-day operations.
These terms set out the general conditions for access to the Trabio website and platform, including account use, service limits and each party’s responsibilities.
Contractual basis
Clear use, clear responsibility. Because Trabio supports service, stock and payment processes, use of the platform depends on minimum rules on security, legitimacy of data and compliance with each plan’s limits.
1. Acceptance
By accessing the website, creating an account or using any Trabio feature, the user acknowledges these Terms of Use. If use occurs on behalf of a business, the person is understood to be authorised to bind that organisation to the rules set out here.
2. Service scope
Trabio provides tools for repair-business management, including work orders, records, operational tracking, inventory, finance and communications related to the repair shop routine. The functional scope may evolve over time through the addition, change or discontinuation of modules, integrations and commercial limits.
3. Account and credentials
The user is responsible for keeping login details, passwords and access granted to staff confidential, and for reviewing internal permissions for their team. Trabio may take blocking, reset or additional validation measures where it identifies a security risk or improper use.
4. User obligations
The user agrees not to use the platform for fraud, infringement of third-party rights, unlawful content, attempted unauthorised access or activities that harm service stability. The customer is also responsible for reviewing entered information, checking operational data and maintaining a minimum compliance basis for third-party data entered into the system.
5. Plans, billing and changes
Trabio offers paid plans with varying features and limits, subject to their own pricing, contracting, renewal and cancellation rules. Commercial conditions, allowances, integrations and feature availability may be updated through notice in appropriate channels.
6. Availability and limitations
The service is provided on a best-efforts operational basis and may experience temporary unavailability, scheduled maintenance, technical adjustments or third-party dependencies. Trabio does not guarantee the complete absence of faults, but may act to correct incidents according to technical priority and operational capacity.
7. Intellectual property and termination
Trabio’s brand, software, layout, text, visual elements and other assets remain protected and may not be reproduced or exploited without permission. Access may be suspended or terminated in the event of breach of these terms, legal requirement, applicable non-payment or a material risk to the security of the environment.
